    Vida Charter School is fortunate to host volunteers that bring special skills, kindness, attention and support to our students and staff. We are grateful to the family members, college students, Board of Trustees, and other community members who invest their time and energy in helping make Vida Charter School a better place. Your commitment ensures that our students will have the greatest potential to reach our school vision.

    Volunteer Forms and Clearances

    To ensure the safety of all students at Vida Charter School, parents and those wishing to volunteer with students must complete background checks. These requirements are to ensure that our school is in compliance with state and federal law as well as charter school regulations. You can be reimbursed for all expenses incurred after providing the school with your receipts. In addition, please review the Volunteer Handbook.  

    Below is a list of the required clearances for all volunteers at Vida Charter School.

    Formularios y autorizaciones para voluntarios

    Para garantizar la seguridad de todos los estudiantes en Vida Charter School, los padres y aquellos que deseen ser voluntarios con los estudiantes deben completar autorizaciones de investigaciones. Estos requisitos son para garantizar que nuestra escuela cumpla con las leyes estatales y federales, así como con las normas de las escuelas chárter. Se le pueden reembolsar todos los gastos incurridos después de proporcionarle a la escuela sus recibos. Además, revise el Manual del voluntario.

    In addition, you will need to show proof of a current Tuberculosis (TB) Test administered within one year of volunteering.
